By integrating Archibus and Texa, the operations centre and supervisors view interventions, buildings and teams on a map, managing priorities and emergencies with a user-friendly interface designed for decision-making speed.
A middleware connects planning and telematics: Archibus provides tickets, assets and planning; Texa adds geolocation, status and vehicle tracking. The result is a unique view of "where they are" and "what they are doing" teams, with support for choosing the best technician also based on distance, traffic and travel time.
